Privacy policy

This policy explains what Clean Stack Solutions LLC ("we") collects through cleanstacksolutions.net and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Client work is covered by the agreement we sign with each client.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address, website, services, and message you enter. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a quote.

Our server also sees your IP address when you submit the form. We use it in memory for a few minutes to limit repeated submissions, and we do not store it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
• We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Services that help us run the site

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the contact form. It processes browser and device signals for that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
• Our email provider delivers your message to our inboxes and stores it there.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our email for as long as they are useful for the conversation or any work that follows. Ask us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email mitchellg@cleanstacksolutions.net or jacoba@cleanstacksolutions.net and we will reply within a few business days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
